- How do I get an "out the door quote" for a motorcycle or ATV ?

-What does an "out the door" quote mean? What's included?

This is the final price for the vehicle if it is picked up at our dealership, delivery to your location is not included. If you are an out of state resident the "otd" price includes the advertised base price plus dealer delivery fees (freight, assembly and dealer prep). If you are a California resident the price also includes a $45 DMV doc fee, sales tax and registration.

- I sent in a price quote request but I have not heard back from you?

We do our best to get back to you as fast as we can. Due to a very high volume of requests, we do occasionally get behind.

- I just received an "out the door" quote, could you furnish me a complete breakdown showing the amount of each fee?

Due to the high volume of emails, our internet sales department does not have time to recalculate and furnish this information until you have accepted our "otd" offer and wish to procede with a sale. This is very time consuming chore due to different tax rates throughout California, plus other factors. If you are comparison price shopping , an "out the door" price is the only relevant price information needed to make a buying decision.

- I just received a quote and I want to pay an even lower price. Do you negotiate?

Our internet service extends the courtesy of quickly and conveniently offering our customers the lowest price in our area. Altough, we will always consider your counter offer, if you let us know which dealer is offering a lower price.

- Can I get the bike for less if I pay cash? Can I pay with a credit card?

Our quotes are for cash, check or financing. Whatever works for you.

- I just received a quote, but am not ready to buy for another month or two. Will you still honor your quote?

We try to honor a quote as long as possible. However prices at our dealership continuously vary due to market conditions, manufacturer's rebates, dealership sales goals and many other things.

- If I receive an email quote, can I hold you to that price?

No, a price offer is not binding on our part until we have taken both an order and a deposit (this can be done by phone with a credit card). Not only do prices and inventory change quickly, but we do occasionally make misquotes, typos and other mistakes. We do our best to avoid these.

-The manufacturer is running a promotional offer. Do I get to take that money or merchandise in addition to the otd quote you sent me?

No, we have already factored that in to the price of the vehicle. We automatically take the cash value of any promotional offers and use them to reduce the unit price.

Financing Information

What happen's to my credit information when I submit the Finance application ?

The information is emailed directly to our internet department by a secure encrypted form. If you are still concerned, you can just fill out the form,print it and fax it to us instead of submitting it by email. You credit gets pulled and our finance team reviews and works to get you the best deal.

When we receive the information, we apply to the financing source that offers the best interest rates for the qualifications of the applicant.

I have a lot of credit problems, can you finance me?

While motorycle financing is harder to obtain then auto loans and credit cards we will do our best to get you on your new vehicle!

What interest rate can I get?

It depends, your credit history, amount of the loan, and whether manufacturer's are offering promotional rates all affect the rate that you get. Normal financing rates can run between 11.9% to 17.9%. Special factory programs can have rates as low as 2.9%. Expect rates as high as 21.9% if you have a some credit issues.

I saw an ad on TV for 3.9% apr and no payments for 3 months is this available at your dealership?

Yes, as long as you qualify.
