"Del Amo Motorsports is the ONLY place that I will take my motorcycle in for service. Del Amo Motorsports has EARNED by Faith, Trust and Confidence in the area of service. Keep up the commendable performance. With regard to the Parts Department, I have placed in-store and internet orders. No issue with the in-store order. With regard to a recent internet order, the back ordered items were not showing on the shipping document that accompanied the shipment so I was left with the question as to whether or not the items that were not in the package were on back order verses not scheduled to be backordered. It would be great to have shipping invoices show any items that are back ordered (description of the item/qualntity of the item and of course there would be no charge for the item until it is actually shipped). In terms of the Check Out process, I have been working with Bobby with regard to obtaining an complete invoice for a recent service visit. It would be great IF the work that is done on the service end could be entered by the service consultant/advisor and this goes directly to the cashier so that once the cashier goes to print out the invoice it will include all service performed. In my case while I had service done that included AC Light Installation in addition to Major Service, only the Major Service portion of the work printed out and not the AC Light Installation. I provide this as room for improvement-as I want your Dealership to be Perfect as do you. See ya soon! "

"I just wanted to take the time and thank Eric for his professionalism . I called and spoke him on the phone about the purcahse of a bike and he was truly honset about what he could do for me and asked me to come in and talk. "I bought my first bike from Del Amo Motor sports about three weeks ago. I bought a Yamaha YFZ450 special edition. My experience with Del Amo was great. Mostly because of my sales rep: Robert Case. I’m a 21 year old kid and buying a bike was a delicate situation. But Robert was able to answer all my questions and give me advice on if my purchase was the right one for me at the time. He went out of his way for over four months, until I finally made my decision. He was very patient and never rushed me. For that I thank him, because you all know how it goes with sale reps. "I purchased my Yamaha 2005 WR450F about 6 months ago. The sale went exactly as planned. The price was fair and they helped me choose the bike that was perfect for me. The parts department "Dougie" has helped me to to purchase the right accessories, chemicals and with maintenace tips, The service departement (Service Manager Mark) has helped me with maintenace, modifications and advise. I know I could buy somethings cheaper on the internet and that there are cheaper places to have service done, But you get what you pay for. I actualy save money by listing and asking questions. They advise me with what is best not what is most profitable or "the in thing". If you want to get it done right the first time and you want to ride it for years to come.. If you only want to pay once then do yourself and the rest of us a favor, help keep this establishment in business for years to come by purchasing your bike, your accessories and your service from the best place in the South Bay. "Rick Blake spent the time with me for a month and half before deciding on a Suzuki SV1000S. I am a first time rider, so Rick took the time and informed me on certain bikes. He informed me on riding on city streets and parts that would make my riding experience more pleasurable. He gave me a great deal on my first bike and he did not played any "salesman" games with me. He also gave me a gift certificate after buying the bike for taking the motorcycle safty course. After 3 weeks of buying the bike from another salesman, he stills remembers me. I would certainly recommend him to anyone and I would definitely buy another bike from him."

"We purchased a new, 2003 Intruder LC1500. What an awesome machine.I orginally wanted a Vulcan - with the "Sportster" look, but the boss (wife) liked the Intruder. We ride any chance we can. Josh was our salesman. Very knowledgeable individual with no pressure tactics. Finalizing the paperwork took a little time - I guess the dealership can't complain since there were 6 deals being completed at the time. "Greetings. Yesterday, I took delivery of a little yellow Zuma scooter. I am writing to thank Steve for taking such good care of me throughout the buying process. First of all, everyone in your store treated me like royalty, even thought I was purchasing a tiny little scooter, (and last year's model.) When I first talked to Steve on the phone, I asked about availability. He told me that they were not in stock, but that he would keep me informed about what was coming in. I told him I preferred yellow, and even though it was the previous year's model and color...he found one, and had it delivered to your store. He worked as hard for me as if I were purchasing 25 of the larger more profitable cycles. Amazing. So, when the little scooter arrived, I was escorted to Austin, who took me through all of the particulars about my little vehicle. Then Austin handed me back to Steve who took me to see Christina. Since I was using a credit card for payment, it only took a few minutes to complete the paperwork. I did not have to wait to see Christina, not even five minutes. Again...really amazing. Christina explained everything very professionally, and had me on my way in no time. Then, Steve took me to the parts department to purchase a carrier for the scooter, that would attach to the back end of my motorhome. And I purchased a little helmet, a lock, and some other stuff. The point of this is, that Steve hand carried me through the entire process, long after his commission had been earned. I want to compliment you all for having a truly professional retail facility. You get a 10+ on a scale of 1-10. Will I recommend your dealership? Every chance I get! Thanks again to Steve, Christina, and everyone at your store for making the entire process easy, informative, pleasant, and "painless" experience. "I am very very please with my purchased with my quad! You guys have an awsome dealership that rocks!
